Hello!
We're Sophie & Sandy, two sisters with a love for fashion, travel, and good living. We are, however, separated by some distance. Sophie is soaking up the sun in Valencia, Spain, while Sandy strolls the vibrant streets of Newcastle Upon Tyne.
Writers by trade, we both decided it was time to document our travel adventures and favourite finds.
And so, The Valentyne was born.
The Valentyne is a space dedicated to sharing our experiences as we navigate life from two distinct points of the world.

Meet The Writers

Sophie
Sophie (Valencia) is the elder sister, and of course, the boss. She’s a Content Writer and SEO Copywriter by day. In her free time, she loves lifting weights, salsa and bachata dancing, and spending time with her cat, Ruby.

Sandy
Sandy (Newcastle) is the younger sister, which means the favourite. She’s a Content and Bid Writer but a fashionista at heart. She thrives on getting glam and jetting off to experience new cultures and cuisines. Don’t ask how many dresses she has.
